Ticket Refund

I had booked a return ticket to leave from Midrand to Qumbu on the 03 November last year. I have to cancel my ticket as I had other commitments and could not go down to Eastern Cape. I called and cancelled the ticket almost two weeks to the weekend I was supposed to leave. I went to the Johannesburg station to try and get my refund for the ticket a week after I was supposed to have left for Eastern Cape and they told me to call the call Centre as I had paid with my Cheque card via the internet. I did that and got the run around until on the 5th time when I called them I got hold of Anthea Mhlambi email address [Email Removed] 0117748327 who said to me the accounts department was closing in December after she had said I would get my refund. So now its January so I call back to try again to get my money and they are still giving me the run around. This is unacceptable. She has asked for my banking details and my bank statement to prove the money was paid from my account which I did last year already before the end of November. I want this sorted out.
