Bus Being late and Bad Customer Service

On the 4th of February I had to go to Pretoria for an interview the following day. The bus was suppose to depart at 12h50.The bus arrived at 2h00 and I was told that the bus will on time instead of being late. The bus arrived in Johannesburg At 08h00 instead of 06h00 that was on the ticket. The moral of this complain is do not use SA Road link Because they are always late.
