My daughter, Megan McCallum flew with Qatar airways to Chicago via Doha (from SA). Her (and other passengers) luggage was left behind on Doha. She travelled from SA in a TShirt as it is summer in SA. They were told that their luggage wasn't on board - we had to spent a lot of money to get her new warm clothing. It is now the second day and she just managed to get her luggage. It is absurd - Qatar could've cared more! Due to negligence we had an unexpected crisis to deal with. I expect some kind of re-reimbursement and bonus for the inconvenience suffered!
