Spoke to Samantha (Accounts department) on Monday morning - she said she will get back to me on cancelling my membership. I asked her to please email me with information as out cellphone receptions very bad in the area. And I must say she was very understanding of my frustration with them and promised to send me info. But it is now two days no reply! I need someone to come back to me on this pronto.
I am very unhappy with them - have been form the start.
Always issues and most of the time very rude.
