Cancellation of membership

I have been a member for many years and they have switched us over twice from our original contract, without our consent and our befits went for a ball of In 2012 I have send a request to Flexi club to cancel my membership. After telling me all the of the board of directors to look into it to decide and only between Jan and May and that my membership had to be paid up l agreed to wait. I had never got any correspondance from my request at all and we are at the end of 2013 already and I still have to pay the membership fees, which is paid up to date by the way. This Feb 2013 I again applied to cancel my membership to no avail, they just ignore your requests.By the end of this year december 2013 they will take the last of my money for the year. They also promised way back then to buy back the points if we want to quit... haha what a joke you can not even give it [URL Removed] Jan 2014 they will not get a cent from me, I'm done begging and licking. I will take them on with all that is to my disposal, Ombudsman, Attorneys, Cart Blanch, what ever it takes, they must be stopped!!
