When i signed up for this membership i specifically asked the consultant if i can cancel at anytime, She (Henriette) told me, in front of her manager and my wife that i can cancel at anytime, all i need to do is to send through a cancellation letter as well as an affidavit as to why i need to cancel the membership. I called flexi club, to my surprise i found out that i can't cancel my membership.
I need this cancelled ASAP. Please help
