I have been a member of the holiday club for some years now. Trying to make a reservation is near ti impossible. You email them, no replies, call the call center 3 times per day at different times... no answer. I don't think anyone is working there. Hopefully someone will be able to assist or report or something this company because a lot of people are paying for a service which is not given!!!
