CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

I HAVE TRIED SINCE THE 1ST OF JULY TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP WITH DISCOVERY. THE GUY I SPOKE TO THE 1ST DAY SAID IT WONT BE A PROBLEM BUT THERE IS STILL MONEY LEFT IN MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT WHICH I WILL NEED TO PAY OFF - I THEN COMPLETED A FORM AND SENT IT BACK TO HIM. 3 DAYS LATER SOME1 ELSE REPLIED SAYING THAT THEY CANT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I ALREADY GOT MY MEDS FOR THE MONTH BUT IF I REVERSE THE CLAIM SHE CAN CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP - SO I REVERSED THE CLAIM AND INFORMED THE AGENT. BUT EVERYTIME I SEND THE DETAILS BACK (THE FORM I COMPLETED & THE REVERSED CLAIM A OTHER AGENT THAN THE ONE I PREVIOUS SPOKE TO REPLIES AND THEN I HAVE TO EXPLAIN MY WHOLE STORY FROM THE BEGINNING) AND THEN TODAY THE 17TH OF JULY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THAT THEY CANT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE I HAVE OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS DUE ON MY ACCOUNT AND THAT THEY WILL DEDUCT THE MONEY ON THE 1ST OF AUGUST TWICE. I STARTED WORKING AT A NEW COMPANY ON THE 1ST OF JULY AND THEY HAVE THEIR OWN MEDICAL AID WHICH I NEED TO BELONG TO THERE FOR I HAD TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP WITH DISCOVERY BUT THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!
