AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION

On 18 November 2013 we logged a complaint regarding the unavailability of FlexiClub resorts in the Cape/Cape Town area (Headline: AVAILABILITY). As a result of 17 resorts not listed anymore, we are experiencing extreme difficulty to use our current Points Balance of 29 677 and Holiday Savings Balance of R 15 573.71 for accommodation in the Cape as we plan to attend a wedding mid-March 2014.

On 18 November 2013 I was contacted by Bernadette informing that she will be looking into this. On 25 November 2013 a response was received from FlexiClub (on HalloPeter) and we were informed that they will contact us when they have any news. Since then... s-i-l-e-n-ce. And we still have no solution to our problem or accommodation in the Cape Town area. It has been 8 weeks already and we honestly don't have much time left. Having to pay around R 11, 389.70 per annum on fees really have us doubt if this is really worth it. We definitely are seriously considering our options to continue our membership... Could we request a reaction/solution ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, FlexiClub?
