Subsequent to signing&paying I discover that 1 of my specified resorts is no longer on their books&the other is part of another club which im sure they wld hav wanted a cash payment for. Jan2013 i try2book for Feb2013 sorry no accommodation in the whole of CT. Feb2013 i try 2 book for Jan/Feb or Mar2014 @1of 2 resorts inCT sorry no accommodation. NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR. I cant book a holiday which is in over a years time? They refuse 2cancel &refund our money even though we haven't used1point. We will stop@nothing to put this right even if it means going 2Court, they have taken our money but cannot provide the service.
