I tried to abdicate my Flexiclub for the past 4 years. The total amount of money spent on them I recon is close to R50 000-00. Needless to say I never used it. Although I tried, but accommodation were never available. I wrote numerous letters to Flexiclub in order to cancel my contract with them, but never received one answer from them. I am willing to wrote my investment off completely and would like to never hear from Flexiclub again. The service is non existent, except the finance department who is only interested in my money. I cannot afford yearly payments of over R7000-00. I need that money to feed my family. We are struggling in current economic condition and I just want to get rid of my points and Flexiclub.
