My mother Shelley Dennis travelled with the Greyhound JHB to DBN on Saturday 4th January 2014. The trip from JHB to halfway stop was an absolute nightmare, the driver know as Mohammed (not sure of the spelling) drove terrible and unsafely.
My mom has always travelled with Greyhound and this been the 2nd time that she is not happy with the services has officially given her a bad taste and will no longer use the services again.
To pay almost R400 for a trip to is shocking.
I hope that this complaint will be read and action be taken.
Greyhound needs new management or needs to be put to sleep
