We are muslims and i tried to access ur "Manage my Bookings" on your website and it states Kosher Meals only and we could not book "Halaal" Meals
I subsequently phoned the reservation line and i asked for a supervisor and my call was directed to Renata Naicker who was so unfriendly and not helpful at all. She didnt seem to want to escalate my problem to higher authorities or the relevant department. She had given me an email address. Personally i think being a supervisor she should be doing the escalation of my problem/complaint as it was directed to her but she instead said i need to know go and direct my complaint to an email address. I am very upset at the fact that she, being a supervisor was not willing to escalate the problem in the right direction.
Having said all of the above it still leaves me with the issue of us Muslim people not being catered for yet there are other sects like Jews, Christians that are catered for... Why should this be??? And to realize that u guys offer "Halaal" Meals on other not so bust flight routes
