2 hour delayed flight

Dear Sir/Madam

On Sunday 17th March 2013, i boarded flight BA6426 at Cape Town International en-route to JHB, upon boarding the pilot announced that a fuse blew and then a flight was delayed even further when they realised water in the fuel line. This resulted in me nearly wanting to cancel my flight, never the less things were sorted out and we ended up safely in JHB, in addition to that i would like to make you aware of the Halaal food you serve on your flights, the meals are actually unappetizing and it seems BA assumes that if you eat Halaal food it must be strong, i actually opened my food took one bite and closed it and so did the gentlemen a seat away from me. However what happened yesterday on my return flight was completely unacceptable. My return BA6403 departing from OR Thambo was delayed by 2hours, the original departing time was 19:50 only to arrive at the airport and receive an sms stating the new departure time is now 21:45. No one at BA had the decency to apologise to even inform us of the status of the delay. We sat there hoping for a miracle, this caused major inconvenience to myself and my family. I only arrive home at 1am and missed my daughters 6th birthday!
