I rented a vehicle through the company and am leaving. I have tried contacting them (Walter) about problems with the vehicle too, but to no avail. I want to have my deposit refunded and still none of the numbers are active. What do I do next? This is the most irresponsible business etiquette and management I've come across. I hope they get legally dealt with so as all parties and myself can be refunded.
