I rented a Car with this Company about a year ago and to this day have not received my deposit.
I have emailed many, many times and never get an answer. They never answer the phone and I went to the address stated on their website but it doesn't exist. They have a small outlet at the Engen Garage on Katherine Street. The guys who work there don't know where the head office is or how to contact the owner.
I have read reports from others about this Company not returning deposits.
A couple guys that I had dealt with originally have since left this Company. I had an email from a lady recently, telling me that the guy I emailed, no longer works there and I emailed her back but she has also gone quiet.
