I rented a vehicle from them, paid all deposits and rentals upfront in the beginning of November 2013.
After returning the vehicle to the branch I was told I would get my deposit refunded onto my credit card within 5 working days.
By mid-November I was refunded money that they had over charged me to the value of R500 give or take but still not the R1500 excess deposit.
Since then I have called and been told it will be sorted to no avail, now months down the line I don't know what else to do besides make it public.
