Is there anything that can be done to stop this company, how can we get into contact with others that are experiencing the same problem so that we can work together to resolve this
I rented in car in January and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. I have been to the branch in Sandton twice but get the same response that someone will look into this. The company does not answer their telephone, nor respond to the emails being sent. I have finally managed to track down a cellphone number but I am not sure if this is Joey or Walter as he refused to give his name and was very rude stating that I am making allegations against the company for not returning deposits, yet the company has not responded to any of their complaints to give their side of the story. I was told yet again to send an email. This company is in breach of contract, please advise how we can stop this as there is multiple complaints against this company. I have still not received my deposit to date
