I have send a request to Flexi club to cancel my membership before any deduction was taken off my bank account (last year 2013). When calling you guys told me that the board of directors have to decide. I was and still is under debit review, you asked me to email the letter which I done 4 times. I have proof it was received and read. I'm a single parent and I cannot afford it that is why I called to cancel and I email you guys but no reply back from you guys. I will take further steps via Ombudsman, VOICE or my lawyer if the debit orders don't stop and I get all the money back since you guys deducted from my bank account. The funny thing is I received absolute no paper work via post from you guys so its actual illegal for you to dedicate from my account.
