Appriciation for Lebohang Tihakodi of Kalula Ticket sales office
I was two and a half hours early at the airport. Went o the ticket sales counter to see if i could get an earlier flight to Durban on the 27th December 2013
I was booked for the six 'o clock flight on BA 622 (Ref PSUBHF)
Lebohang help me .paid the extra amount and was told to go to the check in counter.
The que was long, once arriving at the check in counter.this lady was very unfriendly (never took her name)
Doors are closed, Cant help you. NEXT .I was two minutes late, and told the lady paying the extra money and now I have too pay again for missing my flight. Can t help you next.
went back to ticket sales Lebohang was busy went to another consultant. She told she cant help me
Next minute Lebohang went to the phone spoke to someone thereafter told me to wait and sent the consultant tha was busy with me to go and fecth s ticket. With her intervention I got on to plane
