Missed flight 1200 EXTRA for student seat

Good day I would like to report that I had one of the most traumatic experiences of my life yesterday. We rushed to the airport, got to the long term parking at 6:05 (i have the parking ticket) from Roodepoort.By the time we got to the Kalula check in counter, it was too late - the driver drove the a SNAIL from the long term parking to OR Thambo. It was about 20 to, my ticket said that the plane leaves at 7:10. I then hear that the plane leaves at 6:50. I get told to go back to Kalula ticket sales and re-book him on the next flight. I get there, rather upset at this stage, as I am booked on SAA that leaves at 7:30 (business booking from my company). Not able to leave my disabled child alone now I need to get to SAA to change my flight after I sort out he's ticket. Rush my way to Kalula the B behind the counter says to me. I can get him on the 4 o'clock flight for 1175.00, so i looked at her as planely as she had said that to me and asked her if she was mad. She said, what do I mean. Well if you gonna throw a bomb in someone's face, do you expect it now to BLOW UP!!! I was furious, I had only paid 1425.00 for my son's WHOLE RETURN TICKET TO EAST LONDON. CALL ME PLS!!!
