Shocking service from Kalula

I had booked a flight from OR Tambo to George. I was in time for check in, but due to an error on my return flight I had to pay in an additional amount before I could fly. I was told to pay the money then I would still be on time for my flight. after running up and down between the ticket sales and the check in counter, I was finally advised that I had missed my flight and no further monies could be accepted. There were no other flights available for that day, I was devasted and received no assistance from Kalula staff. I was surrounded by Jabulani Tshabalala (check in supervisor) Eletsang (ticket sales) & the lady from check in counter who had advised that I would still be on time for my flight. I was advised of the next available flights for the next day, however received no information regarding a timescale in which my flight was to be moved. After the necessary arrangements had been made (who would fetch me, how I would get to the airport the following day, etc) I was told that I had forfeited my flights (departure & return) No-one took responsibility for advising me of this. Kalula at first agreed to compensate me with the next flight, however changed their mind without explanation.
