Rikkis pick up policy is that their driver will wait for 15 minutes for you then leave. For NYE we had prepaid for a taxi to collect 6 of us at the V&A. They left us waiting for 50 minutes with no call to apologize and me having to phone them to follow up numerous times. My complaint was only responded to after a second email and a mediocre response given. They seem to think this service was acceptable and refuse to refund me for this breach of contract Unacceptable - don't trust them!
