Cancelled flight without informing

Good day,

I missed my flight to Dbn last night from OR Tambo. I was sent to ticket sales n spoke to a gentleman who said the next flight available would be around 2pm today. I asked about my return flight and he told me that would stil be fine. I am now on a bus to Dbn and i've called the Kulula call centre to confirm my flight is available and they tell me its cancelled. How can that be? The guy at ticket sales counter said it would be fine. I need to be on that flight tomorrow its not right that the flight was cancelled and i wasnt informed. The guy at the counter specifically told me that my return flght tomorrow is still fine. My booking code is MYNPLH. Cell number: 0715834037.
