In November 2013 my son and i booked tickets between Polokwane and Naboomspruit which had to be cancelled because our circumstances changed. We were then informed that we were not eligible for refund and that we had until February to use the tickets. Since Saturday I tried to make a booking for myself from Polokwane to Naboomspruit for Thursday 26 December. On Saturday I called 25 times and there was no answer. On sunday I called 30 times of which the call was dropped as soon as it was answered 20 times. when the call was answered at last I told them the story on to be informed that booking was cancelled. ( that was exactly what I told them so that was no news to me. ) Today I called 55 times and the call was dropped 38 times, and not answered 17 times. That is pathetic service. You have the benefit of my money with all your policies and when I want to make use of my ticket that I paid for I get pathetic unprofessional service like this. In my opinion Translux has gone down the tubes and many people I know are complaining about translux. I demand that someone calls me before 10 am tomorrow and that a booking for me is secured for Thursday 26 December 2013.
