Vitality Booking Exception - NoOne wants to help

Hi

I am really disappointed. I have been waiting to get my leave approved before I made a booking to surprise my wife for anniversary by taking her to Kuala Lampur. On finally confirming my leave, I logged onto the Kulula website via Vitality and was pointed out that the booking had to be made 6 weeks before and the 27th January would not fall on those dates. I then called both the Vitality and Kulula callcentres and asked if an exception could be made, but each call centre told me to ask the other if any exception would be made.

I called Vitality, they say that I should speak to the British Airways special projects to make an exception. I called BA special projects and they say that I should speak to vitality.

Please please help me to fulfill this surprise anniversary gift. I would really appreciate it.
