I needed to change the dates of my flight (I only made the booking yesterday)
After spending a frustrating few hours on the phone trying to understand the HUGE difference in amount, which is not the difference implied by the prices on the website, I got nowhere. It really is simple math, I should have to pay the admin fee plus the difference in the new ticket price (with my discount)-the cost of the original ticket (with my discount).
Apparently changing your ticket means that you are no longer entitled to a vitality discount. This is not indicated anywhere on the website! I understand having to pay an admin fee and any difference in ticket price, but WHY am I no longer entitled to my vitality discount. Changing my ticket date does not change my vitality membership status! Under "manage your Discovery Vitality booking" the website falsely claims " No problemo! "
I don't really see any benefit in booking with kulula if this is their inflexibility and the advantage they take of customers who are forced to make a change!
