I made a booking for my daughter on 17/12/2013 via the call centre. I was given a reference nr: NMV680. For bus depature at Midrand on 18/12/2013. She also received a sms confirming the booking. When she want to pay this bus ticket this morning she was told by the employee that they are offline and that she does not accept a sms as proof that a booking was made. My daughter just left it, and made another booking and payment for tomorrow. What is the use of a booking via telephone if the end employee does not accept it as proof of booking?
