I bought a voucher from Groupon. I made a booking for 19 Jan and when I followed up to see what time my booking is Annette informed me that she did not have a booking for me. I send her the mail where she confirmed my booking. She then sent me a booking for 16:00 in the afternoon. My voucher however included breakfast, therefore I assumed that my booking would be in the morning. When I questioned her about this she said no it's not included and asked if she could cancel my booking. If they have such a terrible attitude about making a booking I don't even want to know what their actual spa is like. I should have looked on Hello Peter before I bought the voucher as I see there are other complaints as well. It is people like this that make me very cautious about buying anything on Groupon again.
