I made a booking today which was not confirmed both online and on email (Ref: KYHMTY). i did not have a deduction on my account hence I regarded the booking as not done. On trying to redo the booking I got an error message.
Later during the day, I then tried to book again and did not realize I was booking for a different day and the booking went through (Ref: KYBVBT). On realizing it was for a wrong day, I tried to change the bookings and the other booking was picked up.
Kindly advise and kindly sort this out.
