I made a booking and paid for a services. After no response I emailed support with the proof of payment and booking reference. NO PERSON AT GROUPON COULD PUT 1 AND 1 TOGETHER AND CONFIRM MY PAYMENT WAS FOR THE REFERENCE ON MY PROOF OF PAYMENT. After confirming a refund THE 1ST OF OCTOBER, I HAD TO PHONE GROUPON THE 3RD AND 4TH TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!! What does Groupon do! They cant even refund the same amount I paid to them to make another booking - I have to wait another 3 days!!! AFTER REQUESTING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER ANOTHER CALL CENTRE AGENT TOOK MY CALL... HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THAT??? / HOW CAN A BIG COMPANY REFUND R500 AND NOT R549 TO SECURE ME TO MAKE ANOTHER BOOKING. THEY WERENT EVEN WILLING TO HELP ME RESERVE ANOTHER BOOKING TO MAKE SURE I DONT LOOSE OUT ON THE DEAL... I THE CUSTOMER GOT BLAMED BECUASE OF THEIR INCOMPETANCE!!!
IF THE AGENT i SPOKE TO HAD ANY PEOPLE SKILLS SHE WONT NOT HAVE LEFT ME MORE ANGRY THAN BEFORE I MADE THE CALL... NO SOLUTION - JUST ANSWERS THAT ONLY SUITED GROUPON!!! HOW DO YOU KEEP CLIENTS - NOT LIKE THIS!!
