I tried to change a flight booking ref LJRXLM from the 17 th dec to the 2 nd of January 2014. After completing each section and my payment details the website would give an error massage. I tried this lengthy procedure at least 4 times, I was then forced to call the call centre. Now the charges went from R 325 to R 413 because I was calling the call centre! It seems to me that it is very easy to put errors on the website in order for Mango to earn more from a call centre. I had no other choice as the website was not operational. I think this extremely bad service.
