Myself and a group of friends were flying back on 16 December 2013 from Victoria Falls using BA (BA6282). We were not informed that our flight itinerary had changed and that we would be making a stop over in Livingstone before heading to Johannesburg. This resulted in an extra 50-60 minutes delay in Livingstone which was a huge inconvenience. To make it worse when we finally made our way to Johannesburg we were informed that the airline forgot to take food from Johannesburg and that we would not be getting meals during our flight. As the airline already knew about this once in Victoria Falls could they not have gotten snacks at least from either of the 2 airports before heading to Johannesburg? I was starving and now had to wait extra long before i could finally eat and was feeling ill. I assume that when I paid for this air ticket the meal was charged over and above the air ticket and since I never got the meal, I have been charged for something I never received. I would like to be re-imbursed for this inconvenience and poor service resulting in the delay in the flight and non-provision of food for the passengers on the flight back to Johannesburg.
