BAGGAGE CLAIM SERVICES

My father traveling back to SA with SAA on 11th of Aug, but unfortunately SAA lost one of his luggage which is about 22KG. we try to claim our lost on the luggage after 10 days with all the paper works that SAA request. i email them on 2nd of Sep and their send the auto respond mail back to said that some one will contact with us. after 1 month later no one phoned and i phone to their call center they told us the procedure take 25 working days. i said OK there is nothing i can do beside to wait. i try to phone them this week on 15th of Oct the lady called Vanessa who said she paid to us on 11th of Oct in claim department, she said EFT might take few days but till today we havent received anything from them yet, and i try to phone her again through baggage call center as well as her direct line none either of the number can get who;e of her and other people just transfer you untill phone hang off itself. i have phoned for more then 10 times today and still no one can help and still can not get through the lady. SAA would never phone back and they just transfer your call to somewhere u dont know before u finish speak
