Due to checkin incompetence in JNB I missed my saa flight. Was after many hours rebooked to KQ, with only 20min to departure to spare. Obviously saa did not manage to get luggage to KQ. After 3 days in Nairobi, I STILL have luggage!! How I that even possible - the luggage hasn't even been delivered to KQ by saa. Unacceptable. I have only the clothes I flew on.
