Late busses and no communication

I was suppposed to be in a 11:45 bus to Kimberley; we were put on shuttles from PTA to JHB and told that we would catch busses in JHB. We got to JHB station at 12:00. We have been here since it's now 14:33 no one is communicating anything to us. The only thing they are telling us is the bus is coming not telling us what time. I thought Greyhound was the best until today. This is unacceptable especially because nobody seems to know anything about our departure time. This is pure incompetence. I'll be waiting for an apology.
