This is very distressing to go by bus on Intercape - they NEVER know where their busses are or if they have broken down and cannot provide any information - I do not recommend them EVER as they have NO clue and cannot even track their busses!!! All they want is a ticket number and this is not relevant as they should know where their busses are at all times!!!
DO NOT SEND ME SOME STUPID APOLOGY LETTER AS I'M SICK OF THAT AND WONT EVER USE YOUR DISGUSTING SERVICE AGAIN!!!
