I'm actually sitting in the bus as we are supposed to have left park station at 6 pm. It is no 6:20 pm and the hostess doesn't even have the courtesy of informing the passengers as to why we haven't left at 6 pm.
It's the first time traveling with Greyhound and this is the experience I get after I've heard other people singing their praises. I think they have poor service and my experience with this bus liner is certainly not a good one.
Greyhound, train your staff to communicate during times like these.
