I made a mistake on my booking on the internet by moving my booking one day up.

My issue is I made the booking, print out the confirmation and realise my mistake and phone strait away. I just hit a wall with the person reminded me that I legally are bound to this booking as I accept the T&C and I had to check my dates prior confirming my booking. He followed to say I cannot cancel because I will lose all my money because Kulula don't pay back money if cancel.

Kulula said no problem we can move the dates one day earlier for a fee of 4620.00 roughly 65% of my original fee I paid minutes before 7055.00. That was a of a shock for a family man who just gave his family of 5 a surprise. After variance options I changed the inbound flight one day earlier for 1710.00

If I was charged 350.00 plus the fair difference to change the booking I would paid it with a smile but I have 5 travellers on my booking and I have to pay 342.00 * 10 (3420.00) just to change the flight and extra should there be a difference in the fair. The change took 3 minutes.

I can honestly not see the work involved to justify 4620.00 to change a booking taking one person in front of a computer 3 minutes.
