Unacceptable service

Hi there, i booked a flight today online via mango airlines. i booked the flight and paid for it as well, however on the screen where i needed to say book now so that the payment goes through it got stuck and then stayed on that page not confirming whethere the payment went through or not. I then checked my account and saw that the deduction did go through.

I then contacted mango airlines on all contact numbers provided and they all continuously engaged. i managed to then get through the number 086 number however i wait very long and then when i get through to someone and they put me on hold the line goes dead. This is frustrating and unacceptable
