I booked a flight from Durban to Johannesburg with Mango and I paid with their FNB Cell Pay Point, which is basically going to open a webpage where they give you a dial number like *120*277, I dialed that number in my FNB SIM phone and the transaction went through, then the Mango page changes and say it is checking the payment and that I should not refresh the page manually, that page stayed refreshing the whole night. While just in second after the transaction FNB sent me an SMS confirming the payment and even gave me the reference number. I called Mango to let them know of the reference number but they kept on telling me to send them the proof of payment from FNB Online Banking. I called FNB about this and FNB said since the transaction was done via FNB Cellphone Banking, I won't be able to see a proof of payment in the Online Banking, only the SMS reference number they sent me is enough.
My flight was schedule for Sunday but Mango said they will only check the payment on Tuesday, who the works like that? They said I should pay again the same amount as if I have a fountain of money in my backyard. Now they haven't refund me even reply to countless emails. Mango are
