I did a charge back with F&B on a flight that I booked... F&B confirmed telephonically with Lebo from Mango and confirmed that Account department will pick up the reversal and the flight will be cancelled. This has not happened and I been charged twice for the same flight. Your Customer service is appealing because your consultant's don't understand what a reversal is! Please refund the monthly that was wrongly taken!
