Recently made a booking - [URL Removed] - Mozambique Island resort. Ref # 6489982 (6) No: 1) The documentation is - CLEAR - that the deposit was payable to confirm booking - this was paid via CC - with the balance payable on arrival. BUT -the next day - another unsolicited / unapproved payment auctioned by SafariNow for the balance - . 2) CIVIL UNREST / WAR - has escalated to the point where the service provider (either SafriNow // or the Resort) cannot reasonably guarantee the render of service / implied elements such as Safety etc. On cancellation - which I consider would be ONLY the FULL the amount - SafariNow - is claiming a percentage of the full payment (which they acquired )- and or avoiding communications. Various aspects to consider: Their service is subject to the consumer act, etc.
