POOR SERVICE

On 28 Novemver 2013 I had to catch a train to Ga-Rankuwa I waited since 17:30 for a train but all commuters were told there is a power failure in Pretoria North we waited and waited uptill 20:00 we were still told the same story, this was totally unfair, why didn't they organize buses taking commuters to there destination they just don't care but if you do not have a ticket you will be harassed by the securities who check the tickets, this is totally I arrived at home at 1:00 in the morning and had to wake up at 5:00 to go to work. We pay for the service and this is what we get. Totally!! I NEED AN APOLOGY FROM METRORAIL OR PRASSA [Email Removed] /073 473 4484
