As owner of a resort I have to constantly research reviews of my own and other establishments in my area as well as our booking agents. SafariNow is one of our booking agents and I must say the BEST by far. They are very competent, friendly and always go the extra mile. Business is conducted in a professional manner with a personal touch making their service exceptional.
Errors do occur, but in all honesty it is most of the time due to client errors. Submitting incorrect dates, wrong number of persons and the selection of basic requirements are most of the time the causes of client's disappointment. Furthermore clients don't read, don't pay attention to notes and generally often expect the cream of exclusive accommodation while expecting to pay Backpackers rates. Yes, there are establishment with misleading information, but SafariNow is not responsible for it. I urge unhappy clients and guests who had a bad experience with a specific establishment to direct it at the establishment on Helopeter and not SafariNow.
