I stayed over at Protea Hotel Cumberland on Worcester on 5 December 2013. I made the reservation through SafariNow. Upon check-out, I was informed that SafariNow has not paid Protea Hotels yet for my reservation and that I had to settle the account. This happened despite the fact that I had proof that I paid SafariNow. I could not phone SafariNow at that point because it was outside normal business hours, so I settled the account (again!). Later I phoned SafariNow and they said that Protea Hotels should be aware of their payment terms and that they have paid the amount. Protea Hotels is not responding to my emails, nor are they phoning me back to resolve the matter.
