Flight JE271 JNB - DUR on 24.11.2013 at 19.10pm.
Cable ties/locks were broken on luggage. I even ended up with a box of chocolates that did not belong to me, with Thank you notes for attending a function!!
Quite disgusting to end up with someone else's belongings in your bag! Other passengers were complaining about missing perfume etc!!
Terrible service at the Mango desk!
