I am highly disappointed and disgusted by the service received from your employees. Your driver arrived after 1am instead of 22:40pm. He does not even have the decency to apologize for arriving late. When passengers ask him to drop them off in Midrand Samrand he refused and told my kids that it is not one of the company's bus stops, there is traffic and he is going straight to Pretoria station. Apparently the bus attended was sleeping the whole journey as when I asked to speak to her to find out why the bus driver refused to stop at one of your bus stop, she was unavailable and still sleeping. This is totally unacceptable and I'm sorry to say this but it's thanks to us the customers who buy tickets they have jobs. It seems your staff does not care about your passengers. Makes me wonder if they were ever trained.
