Flight Number JE271 to DBN my luggage was broken into and had my black leather boots, matching belt and 100 ml Kenzo perfume. I was advised that i need to take my luggage in for repairs, get a affidavit from the police station, copy of my bank statement and copy of ID which i did. I sent an email to Mango and diid not get a response as to my email was recieved or not. Guess after being a Mango suppoter for such a long time this is the thanks the one gets.
