I am extremely angry as my luggage got left behind in Johannesburg last night when I arrived at King Shaka Airport on Flight JE271 from OR thambo. This is not the 1st time I have had Luggage problems. Because of this I have been hugely inconvenienced as I was unable to go out last night and unable to attend a function this morning as I have no toiletries and no clothes. I would Really like to know how Mango is going to compensate me for this major inconvenience??? I will be following this up and if it means me taking this to the media to expose Mango Airlines for their poor customer service and also taking legal action I will.
